Bay School Auction was a "Roaring" Success! Print E-mail

The gala event this past Saturday evening is receiving rave reviews.  The Bay School Board announced that its fun raising goal was met and slightly exceeded.  Toddsbury, site of the annual auction, was the perfect setting.  Breck and Mary Montague and Marjorie Hayes greeted their guests with southern grace and, along with the Auction Committee, made everyone feel comfortable and welcome.  Both the live and silent auctions brought in more funding than any other year.  George Groseclose and Kim Moore, co-chairs of the auction committee stated "Everyone that attended enjoyed themselves and I never heard anything but glorious raves about how nice it was!  It looked like all of us had a good time too!  The time and resources everyone put into this great event will make a difference in other people's lives."

Another member of the board stated, "The Bay School's goal was attained through the generosity of our artists and patrons.  Thank you for your support in allowing the Bay School to operate and to support outreach programs in the community."
