If you’ve captured touching, funny or unforgettable moments on film,
we’d love to see them—in color or black and white—and we’ll gladly
enter them in our Second Annual 2008 Most Pleasant Life Photo Contest.

Beginning next November 2008, PL readers will have the chance to vote
on their favorites to win. First, second and third place winners (and their
prizes!) will be announced in our January/February 2009 issue.

Submission guidelines:

Photos can be submitted as hardcopy prints (in color or black and white, 5 x 7” or smaller) or as .jpeg or .tif files in reasonably high resolution (300 dpi is best). Each photo must include the following:

  • A caption for the photo(s) (25 words or less)
  • Photographer’s name
  • Name(s) of person(s) in the photo
  • Contact name, address, phone number (and e-mail, if possible).

    Digital files should be sent to editor@pleasantlivingmagazine.com, with “PL Photo Contest” in the subject line. Please send no more than 3 images at a time by e-mail.

    Given that we are a black and white publication, photos will be appearing in the magazine and posted online in black and white only.
